At a South Tamil Nadu wedding, food isn't a side note — it's the heart of the celebration. That's exactly where Ever Green began. 25 years before we ever managed a full event, we were already known for the food we served. Every wedding menu we plan carries that same standard.
For families who want the full traditional experience, we serve a complete banana leaf meal — rice, sambar, rasam, kootu, poriyal, payasam, curd and pickle — prepared the way it's been done for generations. It's the meal most of Ramanathapuram grew up with, and it's still what we're known for.
Not every wedding wants the same spread. Some families want a purely traditional meal. Others want live counters and a mix of North Indian and Chinese dishes for a more festive reception buffet. We plan both, and everything in between, based on what your family actually wants.
Many of our weddings serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. We run separate cooking and serving lines for each, so there's never any mix-up on the day, and every guest eats exactly what they expect.
We buy fresh ingredients the same day we cook, not days in advance. Our kitchen team follows the same hygiene routine whether we're serving 150 guests or 1,500. It's not something we advertise loudly — it's just how we've always worked.
